About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, driving all categories from development and SMS through to bulk production. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our design and production teams, as well as our offshore teams in China, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient production processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion/garment construction, especially swimwear, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will possess a relevant degree or qualification, preferably in a related field, and previous experience in a production-related role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams as well as our offshore teams in China to drive all categories from development and SMS through to bulk production.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain production trackers, reconcile costs, and monitor deliveries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage supplier deliveries and update production status to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Cost & Production Tracking: Set up and manage cost calculators, raise POs, and track FOBs to optimize production costs.
