Disability Support Practitioner Job

The role of a Disability Support Practitioner is pivotal in supporting individuals with disabilities to develop and maintain independence. This involves providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with behaviors of concern is highly valued.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is essential for transporting clients.
