About Our Team Member Role

Empower individuals to live independently and maintain their wellbeing by providing home support services.


We're looking for someone with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role to join our team in delivering high-quality care to older members of our community.

  • General housekeeping and making beds
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping

You'll also provide personal care services such as:

  • Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day
  • Assisting clients to take their medications
  • Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
  • Providing social and emotional support
  • Providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
  • Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things

Key Qualifications

We require:

  • At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
