This specialist will play a key role in debt origination and structuring across various asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate and structure debt transactions to identify opportunities and develop strategic relationships with capital partners.
- Analyse credit risk and provide recommendations on structured finance transactions, conducting fixed-income and credit research on mortgage-backed securities (MBS).
- Maintain strong relationships with capital partners and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in the commercial property industry with a focus on debt origination and advisory roles, demonstrating business development skills and ability to build strong market networks.
- Aptitude for relationship-building and collaboration with clients and stakeholders, self-motivated individual with a delivery-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated expertise in origination and structuring debt transactions, driving business growth and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
