We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in commercial real estate loan originations. This role offers a unique chance to participate in all aspects of the process, from underwriting to managing and servicing a portfolio of existing debt investments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite commercial real estate backed debt investments
  • Execute transactions across real estate asset classes, including new originations and modifications
  • Manage borrower relationships
  • Conduct asset tours, market research, competitive and financial analysis
  • Develop presentations and reporting for internal and external use

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a genuine interest in the real estate industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
