We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic origination role, focusing on private capital opportunities.
This is an excellent chance for a seasoned business development expert to drive growth and contribute to the success of our organization through strategic debt solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating new lending opportunities, managing existing relationships, and conducting credit analysis and underwriting to align with our investment criteria.
Key Qualifications- At least 10 years' experience in business development and origination, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate, with strong credit risk analysis and management skills.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring juniors, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Chance to work closely with senior leaders in shaping the firm's distribution and access to the commercial real estate debt market.
