We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our commercial real estate debt investment activities in Australia.
This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to the growth of our lending portfolio by delivering alternative debt solutions to clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and originate new lending/investment opportunities within the $3–$30m range.
- Nurture and manage existing relationships, including broker networks and direct channels.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and underwriting; lead the structuring and negotiation of loan terms in alignment with our investment criteria.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive market access and lending portfolio growth in Australia.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a bank or private credit fund with a proven track record in business development and origination.
- Advanced knowledge in commercial real estate; strong credit risk analysis and management skills.
- Proven leadership and management experience, including mentoring junior team members; excellent communication and presentation skills.
