Overview & Significance to the Organization

The Brand Activation Specialist plays a pivotal role within the adidas Pacific Brand Communications team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Communications, PR & Media. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the adidas brand image while driving commercial objectives through a comprehensive suite of marketing initiatives.

The Brand Activation Specialist will be instrumental in implementing diverse marketing strategies, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing, media buying, public relations, events, social media engagement, and internal communications.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the formulation and execution of Brand Communication strategies for adidas Pacific, focusing on key categories such as Brand, Running, Football, Training, Outdoor, and Originals.
  2. Contribute to the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including localization of assets, media purchasing, and communication with agencies.
  3. Ensure excellence in the execution of Category and Brand Plans, monitoring and reporting performance against established Brand and Business KPIs.
  4. Support the daily operations of the Brand Communications department, including product procurement and invoice processing.
  5. Collaborate with Sports Marketing to drive local market seeding strategies, enhancing social and media outreach for key product campaigns.
  6. Conduct market analysis to identify competitor, consumer, and category trends.
  7. Work closely with teams in Sports Marketing, Digital Activation, and Omni Channel activation to create integrated marketing strategies.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications
  2. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
  3. Fluency in English
