Job Title: Hospitality and Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a long-term temporary assignment as a customer-focused Concierge and Service assistant within the funeral industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concierge services and assisting with general enquiries
- Guiding clients on locating our services
- Supporting audio visual and sound operations throughout services
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven customer service skills in similar positions
- Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-centric, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Reliability and ability to commit to this assignment immediately
