About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our Integrated Services team as a Customer Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, assisting with queries and special requests, and consistently striving to delight customers by exceeding their expectations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, retail, or hotel concierge, and possess a positive and enthusiastic personality.
