Customer Service Ambassador Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

This role involves working in a dynamic team, providing excellent service to customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding experience for every customer.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of commercial espresso machines and grinders (training provided)
  • availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and early starts

Work Environment
