Cost Estimator Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in cost controlling activities to ensure the best utilisation of the Project's resources.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting Gap Analysis of Cost Control activities
  • Calculate economic production quantity
  • Determine the best utilisation of resources (plant and labour)

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Commerce (Major in Economics or Finance) or working towards
  • White Card

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of Economic principals with regards to production quantity

**Essential Skills:**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal skills
