Operations Manager

The role of a Warehouse Operations Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff. They will be responsible for training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave and attendance, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
