About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced analytics and insights that inform business decisions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and compliance, and applying statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop actionable recommendations. Your work will have a direct impact on driving smarter decision-making and improving how workforce insights are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into workforce data
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations to drive business improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation
Requirements
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
  • Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems

About You
  • You should have a strong background in statistics and data analysis
  • You need to be proficient in programming languages like R or Python
  • You have experience working with databases and data warehousing
  • You're familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile
  • You understand data governance and compliance regulations
  • You can communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
