This Role:
- Assist with data quality review and cleansing to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support sales reporting and analysis, focusing on Salesforce data normalization.
- Develop analysis, reports, and dashboards to inform sales operations decisions.
- Document sales processes and tool policies to standardize practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to sales operations managers.
About You:
- 2-3 years of sales operations or sales analyst experience.
- Proven track record of promoting and utilizing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
