About this Role

This Commercial Property Officer position is part of our National Real Estate department and is based in Minchinbury.

  • Support the management of an extensive portfolio of commercial properties nationally, ensuring they are managed efficiently and enhancing operations through process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong business acumen to support our team in managing store and sub-lease property networks across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for property networks.
  • Update records within SAP S/4 Hana and provide financial reporting for property-related projects.
  • Support project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues, and risks.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing commercial properties.
  • Review lease terms, rent reviews, and reconcile accounts.
What We Need From You
  • Demonstrated experience in Legal or Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accurate lease records, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative standards.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including working effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • A motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba, and Concur is highly regarded.
