The Position

This full-time role plays a crucial part in driving business growth, specifically in the Commercial portfolio. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying commercial business opportunities, negotiating leases and renewals with confidence, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, conducting thorough inspections, and expertly managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and capitalize on commercial business prospects.
  • Convert sales leads into management agreements.
  • Negotiate leases and renewals confidently.
  • Stay current on local market trends and industry developments.
  • Conduct incoming and outgoing property inspections.
  • Arrange maintenance requests and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate with existing and new clients.
  • Develop business opportunities and provide regular reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial sales and leasing is advantageous.
  • Essential background in Real Estate.
  • Excellent corporate presentation skills and outstanding client liaison abilities.
