Key Role Information:

Administrating, negotiating and managing leases/licenses is a key responsibility in this role. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements necessitates collaboration across different teams.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and drive continuous improvement within the property portfolio to enhance value and efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic formulation to effectively establish and manage the state facilities portfolio, promoting sustainable growth.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, contractors, facility managers, suppliers and other government departments to foster partnerships.
  • Manage Key Critical Dates within all leases, agreements and Deeds ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate the rental roll for the portfolio to ensure timely and compliant rental payments.

Embracing innovation and technology integration across the portfolio is crucial for success in this role, driving improved service delivery and efficiency.

About You:
  • Experience within the Commercial Leasing Sector is essential, coupled with interpersonal skills to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and management.
  • Ability in negotiation and drafting of leasing documentation, including Heads of Agreements, Leases, Memorandum of Understanding and Variations.
  • End-to-end property management experience managing a diverse portfolio of properties is required.
