We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to drive the success of our software across key enterprise clients in the APAC region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across strategic partners and mining operations.

You will work closely with C-level and senior decision-makers to develop and execute account management plans that maximise growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in business development, ideally with experience using similar mining technology.

They will also have proven success in contract negotiation and licence management, as well as influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute account management plans to drive business growth and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to define scope and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.
