Job Title: Key Account Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key accounts across the region, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients and identify new opportunities.
- Work across departments to deliver strategic outcomes using our full solution suite.
- Act as a consultative partner and strategic advisor, not just a vendor.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in public sector and regulated industries.
- Build deep stakeholder maps within client organisations to extend our reach.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Solutions teams to reduce risk and drive growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce and TAS (opportunity management).
- Mentor internal stakeholders through the sales process and strategy.
- Achieve annual revenue targets while maximising client retention and satisfaction.
- Contribute to account strategy, internal planning sessions, and solution positioning.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned to business value.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in enterprise software or consultative selling.
- Natural communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong relationship building skills with a focus on feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive approach to account coverage, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in Solution Selling, Challenger, SPIN, or Strategic Selling.
- Able to work autonomously and maintain focus on client outcomes.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
