At Calvary Bruce Private Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide specialized mental health occupational therapy services to individuals receiving treatment in our inpatient and outpatient mental health unit.
About the Role
- We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with a strong background in mental health to provide person-centered services that support the needs of our patients and their families.
- As an Occupational Therapist at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.
- You will also have the opportunity to facilitate groups on the unit and contribute to the development of occupational therapy programs that align with our hospital's goals and values.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in our inpatient and outpatient mental health unit, including assessments, goal setting, and interventions.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Facilitate groups on the unit to promote socialization, education, and skill-building among patients.
- Contribute to the development of occupational therapy programs that align with our hospital's goals and values.
About You
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current Drivers License.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including NFP salary packaging, discounted health insurance, and paid parental leave.
