  • Lead logistics operations to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
  • Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement in warehouse site management.
  • Manage site profitability while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation through effective space planning.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS, financial, and operational controls.
  • Analyse site P&L and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.

This leadership position requires minimum 5 years' experience in managing large-scale logistics or transport operations. A proven track record in managing warehouse operations, qualifications in Business Administration or Logistics Management, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
