About This Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly operational professional to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand.

This role requires a leader who can drive continuous improvement, effectively grow and manage a team of two, and deliver targets set for logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics service to fulfill demand from both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Lead the team to manage daily logistics operations including warehousing and transportation with 3PL to fulfill customer orders.
  • Own the resolution to manage daily operation exceptions.
  • Manage logistics resource and capacity planning with 3PL to fulfill demand fluctuation during peak and promo seasons.
  • Manage logistics SOP to drive operation compliance with 3PL.
  • Manage reverse logistics, regular review of return policy and assess risk and opportunity to drive operation efficiency, compliance, and brand protection.
  • Initiate projects to enhance operation reliability and stability.
  • Deliver targets set for Logistics Operation (OTIF, Deliver to Promise, etc).
  • Work with Region for annual supplier RFQ process and relevant contract management.
  • Own logistics spending, drive cost saving project to achieve annual saving target.
  • Own logistics systems, actively adapt new techniques to achieve higher logistics efficiency and visibility.
  • Own inventory management and ensure root cause is investigated and continuous improvement is implemented.
  • Engage with internal / external parties to drive business needs.
  • Customs engagement to understand regulation and industry knowledge.
  • Management of Special Operations: quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, in/out trade material.
  • E-commerce delivery experience optimization.
