About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • This role involves overseeing end-to-end logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • You will lead a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous personal development.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will drive continuous improvement across the network, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet business requirements in service, value, and cost.
  2. Own all logistics matters, providing strategic direction to optimize operations.
  3. Serve as the key contact for all logistics vendors, ensuring SLA compliance.
  4. Review and submit reports on logistics performance and activities.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in supply chain or logistics management is essential.
  • LEAN logistics management and project management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics systems, e.g. TMS, FMS, and ERP systems.
