About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Leader to spearhead our warehouse site's activities and drive excellence in customer service delivery.

This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing the logistics services provided to contracted clients, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
  • Setting performance targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing site profitability and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Maximising warehouse capacity and utilisation.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture and developing team capability.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry, along with a proven track record in managing large warehouse operations. Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience are also required. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
