About the RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager at JD Group, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store culture. You will work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that exceed financial targets and maintain visual excellence throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales floor management, visual merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive individual and team growth.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and optimize store layouts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
