Job Title: Assistant Area Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leader to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Area Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior consultants, delivering constructive criticism and feedback, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to enhance their professional growth and on-the-job training
  • Deliver monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant to ensure quality and commercial goals are met
  • Utilize strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver high-standard service delivery and execution
  • Balance clinical and commercial goals to ensure quality is always the focus
  • Nurture relationships with team members and key clients, spanning individual bonds to professional dynamics
  • Be an energiser, demonstrating dedication and joy in your work
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
  • Commitment to being the best, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with effective communication
  • Ability to bring new ideas to the table, as part of a vibrant and diverse team
