The estimated salary for this role is AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated field service engineers across multiple states in Australia, driving their success, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long-term strategy.
  • Engage, coach and develop the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience.
  • Support and hold the team accountable, driving development and culture.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians.
  • Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs.
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference.
Experience:
  • People leadership experience managing remote field-based teams to success.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Accountability for business results.
  • Ability to effectively drive business objectives through leadership and management of people.
  • Ability to achieve efficiencies and drive systematic improvement processes.
