Strategic Field Service Leader

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd is a leading global medical device company seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Strategic Field Service Leader.
The estimated salary for this role is AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated field service engineers across multiple states in Australia, driving their success, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination.
- Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long-term strategy.
- Engage, coach and develop the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience.
- Support and hold the team accountable, driving development and culture.
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians.
- Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs.
- Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference.
- People leadership experience managing remote field-based teams to success.
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders.
