Finance Lawyer Opportunity

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Project Finance Lawyer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, corporate and acquisition finance or broader finance-related experience.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working on complex and challenging project finance matters across multiple projects.
You will handle major deals in Australia and Asia Pacific jurisdictions, utilizing your technical skills and ability to address legal advice within a commercial context.
Key Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm;
- Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting;
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively and actively mentor lawyers;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Advanced drafting skills; and
- Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.

You will be exposed to diverse projects and challenges, allowing for professional development and skill enhancement.
