About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Motor Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and has experience in assessing vehicle damage.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine cost-effective and safe repairs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers and repairers, to ensure accurate assessment reports and timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized trade qualification.
  • Proven experience in motor body repair or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy and timeliness of assessment reports.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Efficient management of assessment processes.
