Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator. This position requires a strong understanding of insurance procedures and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote Preparation: Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • On-Site Inspection: Complete inspections of vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Parts Management: Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Production Management: Assist with production management of the centre where required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service: Hand over completed repairs to customers.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • AudaNet Experience: Proven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable.
  • Ibody Experience: Ibody experience desirable but not necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. Highly professional and personable. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Excel experience an advantage but not necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team. Strong commitment to work in a safe manner. High attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
