Vehicle Damage Claims Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damage to insured motor vehicles and coordinating claims and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly assess damage and negotiate settlements with repairers and suppliers
- Liaise with clients over the phone or electronically to provide quality customer service
- Locate and negotiate acceptable replacement parts as required
- Support the implementation of our claims strategy to deliver business targets
- Use advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills to resolve complex claims
- Assess accident damaged vehicles and provide accurate quotes
- Build lasting relationships with clients through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage claims effectively, focusing on quality and cost
- Utilize computer/IT competency to process claims efficiently
- Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
