","Key responsibilities include table service, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. A strong understanding of customer needs and requirements is essential, as well as knowledge of coffee and cafe menu options. The ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is also vital.
","The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with at least two years' experience in waiting or hospitality. They must also hold a valid Work Authorisation for Australia and be able to commute or relocate to Hawthorn, VIC 3122.
","Benefits of this role include competitive hourly rates from $30.00 per hour, flexible scheduling with four to five shifts available per week, including one day on the weekend. Supplemental pay includes tips, and the opportunity to develop new skills and build a loyal customer base.
