Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team, providing exceptional customer experiences through empathetic and knowledgeable support. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.
Our ideal candidate has the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems, is naturally curious and resilient, and can adapt to changing situations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with their day-to-day banking needs across a range of products.
- Providing extra care to those facing financial challenges.
- Navigating diverse breadth of enquiries, including concierge and welcome calls, missed payments, and simple customer service enquiries.
This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home and in our office. We value people who genuinely care about the customer experience and possess excellent communication skills.
Training will commence immediately after hire, with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm. Throughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
