We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our frontline team at our Eastlands store in Ringwood.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
">Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement and prompt issue resolution.
- Promote products and offers in-store to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Operate the point of sale system efficiently and manage fuel/stock deliveries effectively.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times and ensure effective merchandising and stock control.
- Previous retail experience is highly desirable.
- A confident attitude and energetic approach are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
