Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team in a flagship store.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Providing product knowledge and supporting Department Managers
  • Escalating customer complaints to management
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve KPIs and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience with a similar sports fashion brand
  • A highly energetic personality and passion for sports fashion
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, including late night trade
