The delivery of our services enables us to partner with clients and minimize the impact of lounge operations on the planet.
The Position- Lead and guide the team throughout their shift, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Assist the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Maintain focus on providing excellent food and beverage experiences for our guests.
- Develop, mentor, and train the food & beverage team to deliver high-quality results.
- RSA and barista experience are highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are essential.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy individuals who take pride in their work.
- A safety mindset and willingness to learn are crucial.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance is expected.
- Strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus contribute to the team's success.
