Food and Beverage Leadership Role

This senior role is a key position in the hospitality sector, overseeing food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily outlet operations including service setup, equipment preparation, and food and beverage service periods.
  • Ensure all served food and beverages meet high standards and are presented at the right time and place.
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue on shift through effective promotion and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
  • Stay calm under pressure while promoting team morale and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Team leader or Supervisor.
  • A genuine passion for food and a love for sharing culinary stories with guests.
  • Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certification.
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
