Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional HPGR Process Engineer to join our team in Perth, WA. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption of Enduron HPGR Technology in Greenfield and Brownfield projects across the APAC region, as well as developing new opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design comminution flowsheets to optimize operational parameters and gain a deep understanding of processing plants through audits and data review.
  • Prepare design calculations and documentation to replicate existing modeling baselines using plant modeling software (Aggflow, JKSim, IES).
  • Develop optimized models incorporating HPGR technology to demonstrate operational savings, including reduced energy consumption, increased throughput, and lower grinding media costs.
  • Coordinate HPGR test work, including designing, preparing, and submitting proposals, analyzing results, and finalizing test reports for clients.
  • Ensure HPGR machine selection specifications accurately reflect design intent by reviewing available sizing input, calculating required HPGR size, and simulating product.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Regional Manager during the tendering phase, reviewing datasheets/quotations, and participating in technical meetings with clients.
  • Complete onsite process audits to identify improvement opportunities and support clients with operational excellence and asset management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather regional product feedback and recognize opportunities for business development.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive towards a world-class safety culture.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree qualification in Engineering, Mining, Mineral Processing, or Metallurgy, or related fields.
  • Possess proven experience in process engineering within the mining or minerals processing industry.
  • HAVE operational exposure in minerals processing plant environments.
  • Exhibit exposure to operational improvement and optimization initiatives.
