Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
