Located in Hepburn Springs, just 3km from Daylesford, The Argus Dining Room located within Mineral Springs Hotel serves European inspired cuisine in a grand Art Deco dining room.
Offering breakfast every day & dinner Tuesday to Saturday, our A la Carte menu showcases outstanding produce from the many primary producers in our home region of Daylesford & the Macedon Ranges.

The dining room at the Mineral Springs Hotel has been a Hepburn institution since the 1930s when the building first welcomed guests.

We are searching for a kitchenhand to support our kitchen team.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Forward-thinking eye for detail, experience, execution
- Dedication to maintaining positive workplace culture

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Operation of dishwasher
- General cleaning duties
- Communicating with chef regarding tasks

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
