Senior Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team in Leederville, Western Australia. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days in the office.
The successful candidate will be part of the WorkCare Claims team, servicing over 500 Local Government organisations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative functions required in the Workers Compensation claims process to support the LGIS WorkCare claims management team.
- Deliver timely work output on the claims management system.
- Work effectively with your team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook & Word
- Self-motivation and organisational skills
- Ability to plan, work independently and prioritise workloads
