Job Title: Senior Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Financial Services team as a senior claims specialist.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with flexibility regarding location.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level expertise and manage complex claims under various classes of business to determine coverage.
  • Serve as an advisor to a portfolio of SME to Corporate top clients, building trust, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining effective working relationships.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of insurance claims experience, preferably in financial services.
  • A Law Degree is essential.
  • Experience in the legal environment and/or relevant industry certifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, insurers, and their respective agents and representatives.
