About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Customer Data Science team, responsible for building and maintaining seamless, secure and sustainable platforms that enable customers to shop with confidence and merchant partners to grow their brands.

As a Data Scientist on our team, you will work on the development of AI chatbot to support our CX agents to move at Zipspeed, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise various processes and enhance operational efficiency or improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large, complex datasets using statistical methods to extract valuable actionable insights.
  • Support with the development of AI innovation solutions using the latest techniques and technologies (e.g. LLMs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
