About the Role

  • This is a 2-year contract with potential extension.
  • You will work closely with scientists from various programs to develop AI and Machine Learning models for life science data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and optimizing AI/ML algorithms for life science data.
  • Creating user-friendly interfaces, software, and tools for scientists to analyze and visualize complex datasets.
  • Supporting the publication process by preparing high-quality figures and data visualizations.
  • Implementing best practices for data analysis through evaluation and benchmarking of existing methods.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and image processing libraries.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in software development best practices.
