Job Opportunity

A leading civil contractor is seeking experienced professionals to join their growing pre-contracts team in Sydney or Brisbane.

As a key member of the team, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring brilliant organisational skills to write compelling content to a high standard of professionalism.

You will be responsible for producing the highest quality EOI/tender responses that help win work across a diverse range of sectors. Your skills will be developed through professional mentoring and training, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field, along with 5+ years' experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractor, or similar industry.

  • Produce high-quality EOI/tender responses that meet client requirements.
  • Write and edit content that reflects the company's capabilities, brand and market proposition.
  • Establish and coordinate bid fundamentals such as response schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
  • Work collaboratively across the business and act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team in evolving knowledge capture platforms and bid practices.
