Marketing Content Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engaging content across various channels, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the execution of national and local marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of content, including writing, editing, and designing materials for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist with partnership and sponsorship activations, including event planning and coordination.
  • Coordinate the production of content, including photography, video, and copy, and collaborate with designers to deliver creative assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining marketing assets and systems.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role (internship or work placement experience included).

- Understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Adaptable and willing to learn.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
