Job Title

The Knowledge Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the Claims & Assessing Knowledge program of work by overseeing a central team of knowledge professionals and support co-authors from various C&A departments. The position involves creating, developing, and using internal knowledge content and governance frameworks to drive business operations.

As the A&G Business Owner for the HIYA Platform, the Knowledge Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing on contractual obligations, leading A&G community practice, and managing user access and administration. They must also direct leadership accountability for the knowledge management team.

This requires close collaboration with key stakeholders and business functions to regulate and prioritize the ongoing development of knowledge content for publication. This includes auditing to ensure all content remains relevant and up-to-date and aligns to business strategy and knowledge governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will have experience with Insurance terminology and an understanding of Claims Process. They should possess well-developed and demonstrated understanding of Legislative, Regulatory, and Compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment. Experience in technical writing, quality written and verbal skills, and ability to interpret and apply policy guidelines are essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead and work with knowledge teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills, KPIs, targets, and deliverables. High-level collaboration and communication skills, as well as exposure to a Contact Centre environment, are highly desirable.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the Information Technology department.
