This challenging yet rewarding position presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our client's team, working with diverse clients in both clinic and community settings. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services to individuals from various backgrounds, particularly those from First Nation communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with complex conditions, ensuring their needs are met through collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to foster trust and promote effective communication
- Pursue ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices and industry advancements to enhance clinical expertise
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, with a proven track record of working with diverse populations
- Series membership and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 + superannuation
- $1200 CPD allowance and uncapped leave provisions
- Frequent opportunities for remote work, supporting clients in Central QLD or NT
- A comprehensive onboarding process, including work shadowing and training
