Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical solutions to customers via successful implementation of technology products and paid services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities based on value in use assessments via strong collaboration with Sales, Training and Performance Assurance teams.
  • Deliver professional services and digital solutions related to the product suite.
  • Provide system assessment, engineering analysis, performance analysis, and benchmarking services.
  • Provide change management services for projects and deployments.
  • Provide targeted product training to customers.
  • Studies and applies Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations.
  • Utilizes other corporate Customer Success resources, when necessary, to meet client requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering with Mining, Civil, Geological, or Industrial specialization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of production-related mining operations and of Modular technology solutions.
  • Mining industry or consultancy work experience in middle management positions pertaining to mine planning, mine operations, or mine technology, or in a role of Consulting, Customer Improvement, or Performance Assurance.
  • Technology Development, Deployment, and Services experience.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders & form strong relationships.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Customer focus, commitment to excellence, Results driven with an ability to influence others when required.
